1. Introduction

Morocco Tailored Tours is a private tour operator based in Fez that plans and runs tailor-made tours across Morocco. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we use it. By using this site or sending us an inquiry you agree to it. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number.
• Trip details: destinations, dates, trip length, group size and who is travelling, pace, accommodation level, the country you travel from, budget range, and any message or notes you add.
• Messages: what you send us by form, email or WhatsApp, including special requirements.
• Technical data: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Payments: we do not collect or store card numbers. Deposits go through PayPal or a TourRadar payment link, which have their own privacy policies.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Guides, drivers and hotels: the details they need to look after you, such as your name, group size, dietary needs, arrival details and dates.
• Service providers: FormSubmit delivers your inquiry to our inbox, Vercel hosts the site, and PayPal or TourRadar process payments. Each handles your information only to provide that service.
• Google: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics processes usage data and may store it on servers outside your country.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

Links to Tripadvisor and other sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics is off until you accept it in the cookie notice on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Wherever you live, and in particular if you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights:

7. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS, and only the people who need your details to organise your trip see them. We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deliver your trip and meet legal or accounting requirements, and delete them on request after that.

8. Booking and payment terms

• Deposit: once you confirm an itinerary, a deposit of 20% of the trip price secures your dates. It is paid through PayPal or a TourRadar payment link, in euros. PayPal and card fees are included in the price.
• Balance: the remaining balance is paid on the first day of your trip, in cash, or you can pay the whole amount through a TourRadar payment link.
• Prices and currency: all prices and payments are in euros. Amounts in US dollars are approximate, calculated from a recent exchange rate, and shown for convenience only. Prices are charged in euros. USD amounts are approximate and based on a recent exchange rate.
• Changes: itineraries are private and can be adjusted. Changes after booking are accepted where hotels, vehicles and guides allow, and any difference in cost is confirmed in writing first.

What is included in your trip is always stated in your itinerary. We confirm the exact terms of your trip in writing before you pay anything.

Promotional offers

The current 15% discount on private tours is a limited-time offer, valid until 17 February 2027. It applies to bookings confirmed, meaning the deposit has been paid, on or before that date, and the discount then applies to any travel date, including dates after the offer ends. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a reservation. It cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Cancellation policy

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation cover before you book.

10. Travelling with children

Families are welcome, and we adapt the pace, activities and meals. Please give children's ages when you enquire. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

11. Entry requirements

Visa rules depend on your nationality and change over time, and your passport must be valid for the period required by Moroccan authorities. Please check current requirements with an official source, such as a Moroccan embassy or consulate, before you travel. We cannot accept responsibility for travellers refused entry because of their documents.

12. Health and medical advice

Please speak to your doctor or a travel clinic well before departure, and tell us about any medical condition, allergy or mobility limit when you book so we can plan around it. Anything we say about health is general guidance, not professional medical advice.

13. Limitation of liability

We arrange accommodation, transport and guiding as a private operator. We are not liable for loss or theft of belongings, flight delays or missed connections, events outside our control, or shortfalls by third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control. Optional activities such as camel rides are done at your own risk. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected tour. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this page and will show the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the update. A booking you have already confirmed stays under the terms in force when it was confirmed.
