Yes. Private trips work for one person as well as a family or group: the per-person cost is simply higher when there's no one to share the vehicle and rooms with.
Vegetarian, vegan, and most allergy-related needs are straightforward across Morocco. Tell us in advance so we can brief guesthouses and camps ahead of your arrival.
Your driver and trip designer are reachable throughout, and most small changes: an extra night somewhere, a different pace: can be handled on the road.
